We work closely with you and the funder to secure an offer of finance.
Terms are negotiated on a deal by deal basis and tend to be determined by the bank’s
evaluation of the risk. We know from experience that a good presentation will help secure better terms.
We give detailed attention to every transaction from the initial meeting to the final drawdown of funds.
